CBSE Declares Class X Second Board Examination Results 2026

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class X Second Board Examination Results 2026. Students can access their results and digital academic documents through the DigiLocker Results Portal.
The Second Board Examination was conducted from 15 May to 21 May 2026, providing eligible students with an opportunity to improve their performance. For regular students, the better of the two examination scores (Main or Second Board Examination) has been considered for the final result.
- Total candidates registered: 6,64,027
- Total candidates appeared: 6,63,777
- Students appearing for improvement: 5,13,955
- Students who improved their performance: 3,08,095 (59.95%)
- Compartment candidates passed: 78,503 (52.40%)
- Overall pass percentage after combining Main and Second Board Examination results: 96.78%
Schools will receive school-wise results through their registered email addresses and can download students' digital academic documents from the CBSE repository. Printed mark sheets will be distributed through respective schools, while private candidates will receive their documents through DigiLocker and by post.
CBSE has advised students and parents to rely only on official CBSE communication channels for result-related information. Details regarding post-result services such as verification, photocopy of answer books, and re-evaluation will be notified separately.
